Launch of Battenhall’s FTSE 100 social media report 2016

Today at a packed venue in Central London we launched the fourth edition of Battenhall's flagship report, our annual research paper that looks into how the FTSE 100 companies use social media.

With first hand data, case studies and analysis, the report has been well-received already, getting print coverage in The Times and in City AM, and this in-depth piece in The Memo, and we presented the highlights along with our annual trends forecast this morning to kick off Social Media Week London.

The full report is free to download, and available exclusively here: click to access the Battenhall FTSE 100 Social Media Report in full.

For our Social Media Week event, we booked out the main auditorium in The Ham Yard in Soho. A full house turned up to hear speakers Steph Bennett, Ste Davies and Joe Cant deliver their views on the trends that will be shaping how brands use social media in 2017.

The event drew quite a crowd, but also trended on social media, so we've gathered together highlights from those who were there covering it live online.
